GROW (Graduate Residential Opportunity for Women) is an eight bed transitional housing program for formerly homeless women who have graduated from residential treatment programs. Residents live in a supportive community with a peer support manager, intensive case management and ongoing post-treatment services.

GROW provides an opportunity for residents to bolster and reinforce their
independent living skills as they gain self-sufficiency, manage their time and money, and reunite with their families. Most residents participate in vocational training, formal education, and/or paid employment.

Living at GROW allows women to achieve personal stability and to establish their recovery programs before they assume the responsibility for independent living in the community. GROW residents graduate with gainful employment and the skills required to live successfully on their own.
