CASPAR Youth Services has a 33 year history of working with adolescents whose lives are affected by substance use. 

We provide a comprehensive array of substance abuse prevention and intervention programs in the schools and the courts, and nationally recognized research into effective prevention models through which youth receive accurate information about alcohol and other drugs and are empowered to make healthy decisions.

CYS believes that services to youth should not be delivered in isolation, but within the multiple contexts of their family, school, social, and community environments.  From its inception, CASPAR Youth Services (CYS) has been committed to meeting youth where they are—in schools, teen health clinics, recreation centers, and the courts, and incorporates a non-stigmatizing approach.
