Hagan Manor is a six bedroom congregate living suite for men with disabilities located in a Somerville Housing Authority building in Union Square, Somerville. 

This unique partnership between the Housing Authority and CASPAR originated as a pilot program that has been widely replicated statewide. 

At Hagan Manor, men who have graduated from residential treatment have the opportunity to reside in a supportive living environment where they have access to on-site Case Management, intended to continually monitor and stabilize their recovery. 

Each resident has an individualized service plan to which he has agreed to adhere in order to support and sustain sobriety. The Case Manager works with residents individually and as a group to ensure a harmonious and positive housing experience for all.
