The Phoenix Center offers low threshold, individual and group counseling, case management, and referral for newly sober homeless men and women in need of a safe, supportive recovery environment as an alternative to the streets.

Phoenix Center clients receive peer support in a safe environment that promotes a sober lifestyle and demonstrates by example that treatment works. 

Clients awaiting placement within CASPAR’s residential treatment system utilize the Phoenix Center to sustain their sobriety each day until their admission.  Other clients whose recovery is in jeopardy seek referrals from Phoenix Center staff for treatment interventions. 

For clients who have relapsed, the Phoenix Center serves as a connection back into the treatment continuum.  In addition to on-site counseling, referral, case management and self-help groups, the Phoenix Center offers structured treatment series for court-referred men and women.
