After graduating from residential treatment, both men and women have the opportunity to move into supportive housing settings that are designed to promote independent living while offering ongoing counseling and case management. Hogan Manor is a 6 bed congregate housing program for men who have a disability in addition to their substance abuse history. Hagan Manor clients receive supportive services from a trusted member of the Men’s Residences staff. GROW has 8 aftercare beds for Womanplace graduates and a live-in case manager. While they are in residence at GROW, clients receive life skills training, begin the process of family reunification, and participate in vocational training, formal education, and/or paid employment. |
